It's Summertime!

Summertime is upon us, and with that brings so many wonderful things to be thankful for. Farmers markets are in full swing, and there is no better time to find fresh fruit and produce. We did some strawberry picking this past week and decided to make a little strawberry shortcake. Scratch made pound cake, vanilla ice cream, some fresh picked strawberries, and of course some Nutty Bird Original Recipe granola to add a little crunch! There isn’t much better on a hot summer day.
